Set the location of your AutoRecover files your Windows temporary directory, so that any .tmp files can be easily located, and deleted. The location of the AutoRecover files directory is changed in Tools/Options/File Locations. Change the location to c:\windows\temp, or wherever your temporary directory is.

Binders

Office binders are 'files' that can contain other Office files. They are particularly useful for keeping project data together, allowing quick swapping between documents. File that can be contained in binders include :

• Microsoft Excel Worksheets
• Microsoft Excel Charts
• Microsoft PowerPoint Presentations
• Microsoft Word Documents
